• In August we competed an opportunity assessment for a 100 employee, design and manufacture van conversion company in Yorkshire, UK. Over the last 3 years this very successful company has doubled in size. We anticipate after this re focussing that they will double again in the next 3 years
• After months of agreeing scope and deliverables Windrush Manufacturing Solutions finally won a diagnostic assessment, February 2020, in a very famous fried chicken factory in the Philippines. Diagnostic, completed in workshop format, was delivered with a task force agreed route map for the expansion of this famous brand. This is currently paused due to the Covid 19 pandemic
• Prior to that we completed a very complicated but successful move of a fish-in-sauce line from Sweden to Spain. Over the 18 elapsed months of the assignment, we worked in 5 languages with the team which totalled 90 engineers, manufacturing experts and logistics specialists. The plant is now running better in northern Spain than it did in Sweden with significantly higher efficiencies and lower waste
